Shin Hisui no Shizuku (HnK2) spam~
Got hooked to this game so easily XD;;; I love it! Definitely recommend it! and if you're not convinced, click the cut!

Shin Hisui no Shizuku is on a parallel universe to Hiiro no Kakera (I assume). You play the heroine, who has the destiny of becoming the "Tamayori-hime" in order to protect the town/country from the wrath of the "Gods".
(That is a very bad and very vague explanation of the plot...mainly cuz I haven't really figured it out either orz. I'll edit it when I get a better idea or bother to translate the official plot explanation)
In the PS2 versions, there is both a "Hisui no Shizuku" and a "Shin Hisui no Shizuku" game. I'm not sure what the difference in those games are, but I assume they squished the two games into one for the DS version.
As this is an otome game, there are of course some bachelors you can pick from. Since it's in a parallel world to HnK, the characters are different.
NOTE: sorry for the lack of CV names, I can't recognize/read the names unless I happen to know them. I will google them eventually though
Shigemori Akira (CV: ?)
Akira is the heroine's childhood friend and is very protective of her. He's also the only officially named Guardian to the Tamayori-hime. (I'm also assuming he's "default" guy)
Mibu Katsuhiko (CV: Ishida Akira)
The older Mibu brother, he and Kotarou came to the town to "investigate" you and to carry out a revenge. He seems very aloft.
Mibu Kotarou (CV: ?)
The younger Mibu brother. Why does he remind me of a mounkey...?
Amano Ryouji (CV: ?)
The heroine's sister's ex-finace. He's also the son of the director of the school everyone goes to, and he also works there. Ryouji-san is the main peace keeper in the group.
Takachiho Riku (CV: ?)
He's the heroine's younger brother (aka the "big guy" XD). He's very protective and trains in secret at night so he can become stronger to protect the heroine.
Kamo Ysumori (CV: Chiba...something)
He's one of the whatchamacallits that came to the town to investigate the Tamayori-hime and the situation with the Gods. He also thinks he's very good at what he does, but is actually an idiot that gets told off all the time by the other characters ^^;
Personally, unlike Hiiro no Kakera where all my bias was on Oumi-san (Hirakawa), I didn't go into this with a very heavy bias. But the only CV I knew was Ishida-san so I wanted to go after his character...but Katsuhiko took so long to appear that I gave up and went after Akira first XD
But above anything...you can end up with your little brother and your sister's ex-fiance?! What a game...but I love it! |D
In my opinion, the herione seems a little less...stupid than in Hiiro no Kakera XD; Mainly because the heroine already knows what a Tamayori-hime is and what they do, so they can get straight to the point of the story.
I know this isn't much for review, but hopefully I can add more to this post as I get further in the game ^^ But do give it a try if you're curious!
