Found the time in between studying to watch this~! ^^
Magdala na Maria ~ Maria-san no Mad (Apple) Tea Party ~
Setting: some European country (wasn't able to pick up where)
Cast: All MALE
Maria-san runs something like a show house, from what I can tell. But the girls there also "sell themselves" for a fee.
Main story is that Rosemary and her "lover", the Carl, is planning to kill Maria so she can run away with him. Side story is that they're planning to have a show in Japan.
...Now that we've established that I suck at summaries, let's move on to some screencaps, shall we? 8D;;;

Maria's actor is a really really good singer!! He can seriously sing like a lady!
Grace is so funny! XD She's played by Tsuda Kenjirou, who voices Inui Sadaharu in Tenipuri and Spit Fire in Air Gear, and he's AWESOME!!! *___*
Behold Kurara (left) and Rosemary (right), played by Yasuka and Yonehara Kousuke (from RUN&GUN), respectively.
WHY WAS YASUKA BORN A BOY WHEN HE SHOULD SERIOUSLY HAVE BEEN A GIRL?! XD *shot* He makes a pretty blond~
Rosemary is both adorable and stupid 8D AHAHA~
...see what I mean? 8D That's Rosemary to the left, jumping around while being embarrased....using her skirt to hide her face ^^;;;
The Carl. KENN~!!!! <3 he's one of the male characters LOL and Rosemary's 'lover'
In the middle is Hans, played by Nagashima Shogo (who I know as Akito/Agito from AirGearMyu!).
This scene is from when Maria decides to take him in and when they dress him something more presentable than his shabby beggar-boy clothes. But before that, they strip him down on stage and parade him around ^^;;; THE BOY IS A STICK!!! Amazing at singing but a STICK!
I love how Hans is too tall for Kurara and has to stand with his feet that far apart for them to be level XD
AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH *Hyperventilates and DIES* You can see Hans smiling slightly as Kurara was leaning in and kissing him! LOL
Hans (who's supposed to be 16), states early on to Kurara that he has no interest in older women, so she was trying to prove him wrong...?
The Carl walked in on them =O But it seems Kurara feels no shame
And once little Hans gets called away, the Carl and Kurara grope hug...but Rosemary seems them!! (remember that the Carl was her 'lover')
In the mean time, little Hans is listening to Maria's death wish...or so she makes it out to be. MAY I PLEASE HAVE HIM AS A KITTY?! X3
Seriously, if you saw this person on the street, would you think they were a male or female?! O_O
~~ Backstage ~~
First segment was a couple of the cast making soba noodles... and sabotaging each other like there's no tomorrow LOL.
FRILLY APRON <3 *steals Hans* He was the only one that didn't get his noodles sabotaged XD
Ingredients: Soba noodle powder, blue crushed ice syrup (instead of water), and tobacco sauce
It was literally GREEN when it was done O_O;;;

KENN and Shogo as they're coming in the morning. Poor Shogo wasn't even really awake yet X3;;;
At the end was a bit of talk between the "girls" and the "boys (+Maria)"
....Kurara just felt the need to show everyone his...I mean, HER...whatever those things are called....O.O
My favourite part was when the boys were talking about some character (cast) secrets that they knew of each other. One of them (maybe KENN?) mentioned how the "girls" all starts getting something resembling 6 o'clock shadows nearing the evening!! AHAHA.
This is quite an enjoyable play, even if the casting is a little strange! XD The guys acting as girls are really good at their roles and I love the singing too <3 The comedy is worked in really nicely too~ ^_^ I would say it's aimed for a little older audience (late teens and up) but it's still really enjoyable so I recommend it!! :D
They're having a 3rd run of it this year during August...I WANT TO WATCH!!
Coming up is Magdala na Maria 2! (with RUIRUI!! <3)

Random: I was listening to Celestial Station 00R #2 (only one I can find T^T) and OMG, Miki-san, stop being so mean to poor little Miyu! XD;;; Miyu was trying so hard to keep the peace and keep the show going but Kamiya and Miki just won't cooperate sometimes LOL. Oh, and if they ever make Gundam 00 GPS, I would totally buy it! 8D (Miki-san is a genius!) even if it probably won't work outside Japan ahaha.
