Nope. I'd imagine the jack is near the desk but if you want to move about while wired you might want it to be a bit longer.

I don't have a proper computer *laugh* Just hime-chan, and my grandparent's laptop for a disc drive.

Windows 7 is the next version for windows. It's lighter than Vista (apparently?) and is generally...better. I believe that buying a machine w/ vista right now gives you a free upgrade to 7 when it comes out.

Window's 7 is the new version of windows that comes out in a few months. It's stuctured after XP, from what I've heard, so you might like it better.
And to get it done, you just take it to the store you bought it from with the receipt or something.

A lot of people say XP is better than Vista, so that's why it's being based on XP.
but yeah, I think all laptops bought after Auguest something qualify. Not sure though lol.
