BeatRock LOVE Manga
Thanks to the amazing aya_rheign for finding the beginning chapter(?) of BeatRock Love manga! *_* (the graphic on the site is cool XD)
I read it today and I gotta admit that I want to read the rest! T__T Why isn't there more of it?!
The story (from what I understand):
The beginning starts off by showing the band at their small live house performing their last song of the night "Shout it Loud". Then there's a flash back of Shin (Takeru) and Aki (Araki) still in school. Aki was the glasses kid who liked guitar over his studying but could never tell his mother so he often practised solos alone on the school rooftop. Aki often fell asleep on a different part of the rooftop and that's how they met. They both figured out that they liked music and began practising together.
During their high school graduation, Aki got a little too drunk and couldn't go to their second afterparty so Shin piggy-backed him home. While doing so, Aki told Shin that he really enjoyed spending three years of high school with him.....

PS. my family and I went to watch the Digital 3D movie "Coraline" (cuz dad's never been in a theatre and he wanted to watch a movie...except he managed to scare himself...o_o) 3D animation is SO COOL!!
