1pm on the second Sunday of the term. Our ride to church was out of town this weekend, so I stayed on campus instead. Really grateful for the opportunity to sleep in a bit more...
Two weeks down. This 10 week term really makes things move quickly huh. 20% of the term's done. 2/10. A fifth.
Sometimes it feels like things are moving so quickly you can't get a good grasp on them, you have no control, you just get swept along by the current, the homework and quizzes and tests coming so quickly towards you. But that's a lie, of course. Because you can always have control. Well, you, meaning you and God. Focus on the right things and it's all good.
What are you compromising? It's always hardest with things that aren't in black and white, but grey and grey and so much more grey to choose from. Which shade will you be? It could be that they're all okay. But which must you choose in order to live in peace? To be at peace?

But of course, let that way be God's way too.
