(no subject)
Okay, so, I haven't really posted in weeks! :/
I started school so I've been super busy with a full course load of school work. I'm taking Intro To Computer Information Systems (which is my least favorite class. computer's have so many little parts to remember, it's impossible), Intro To Business (it's an okay class, but I wish I'd taken it online instead. the in-class bit is pretty much pointless as long as you read the textbook, which I am), Fiction (hands down my favorite class, the proffessor is cool. she actually reminds me of the title character from The New Adventures of Old Christine. it's odd), Industrial/Organizational Psychology (I like this class, psych is always interesting), and American Experience to 1877 (which is a history class that covers American history from Columbus discovering North America to the Civil War. I'm taking this class as a telecommute, which means I read from the textbook, watch videos online, and the entireity of my grade is made up of three exams taken throughout the semester. I'm nervous. I'm not a great tester).
I went to my grandmother's birthday this past weekend and learned how to play mahjong with what apparently was one of the biggest sets of tiles ever. I even won my first game!
Also, my power has gone out twice this past week, for no reason at all. I got to light my new summer-y scented candles, at least. They smell like the beach. /random
