I'm Making a D: Face Right Now

So, I don't know if any of you have heard, but apparently Yahoo is shutting down delicious. I don't know if any of you use delicious, so you might not care at all, but to me this is awful fucking news. It's not so much that I'm going to lose a place to keep my bookmarks. Honestly, I don't actually have that many things bookmarked on delicious. What's driving me nuts is that delicious is where I find my fic recs. All of them. It's a bookmarking site so other people use it to archive their favorite fics and so there is an abundance of really good fanfic on delicious and they have an amazing tagging system that makes it really easy to navigate. And they're shutting it down. I might understand this if nobody really used delicious, but a lot of people do. It gets a lot of traffic. I'm confused as to why Yahoo would even want to do this.

Mostly I'm wailing because I will be bereft of my fanfic when they finally do close it down. :/ Not cool Yahoo. Not cool at all.
