I recently read Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde. It was a rather unusual book about a man who makes up a potion to rid the world of the evil half of people, ends up casting off the good half while under the potions effects, and winds up addicted to the freedom he gets from being 'Mr. Hyde' a man whom everyone hates and who never has to be confined by his repressive society.
It was first written to be a play and I found it to be a bit too short to be read like a novel (it's more like a short story). It was interesting enough, but I though the ending was a bit abrupt.
Next up, Pride and Prejudice.
In other, non-book-related news: Just watched a new NCIS episode (at least I think it was new, I'm a bit behind) while I was working on artwork. It was interesting. I haven't really paid much attention to the last few seasons, but just from watching this new episode I'd say that McGee has gotten more outspoken (maybe more in tone with Tony, too? They were pretty much finishing each others sentences) and Ziva wears a lot more make-up than she used to.
