whoever told you that a guy couldn't love you needs to recognize biotch, bc im rick james and such.. yeah kind of lost my train of thought on that one.
I agree with yuor therapist and i think writing out exactly how youi feel and what you think to your father (sperm donor or what have you) will really help and maybe even cause him to realize what his absence in your life has caused.
