(no subject)
Today Saphira went out to play at the vet's office and than to my work place. lots of fun for her I think. She is learning how to sit, but apparently she will only sit for me right now. Kinda funny. but hey at least she listens to her mama. lol. went by my work place today to sort out some pay roll issues. Apparently they got my over-time, double time, and regular time all confused.
see I worked a total of 89 hrs. 10 of those hours should have been doubled, and 9 of the hours should have been overtime. problem was my double time was during an overtime shift. so it all got messed up. So now I am awaiting to hear back from my boss so we can get it all sorted out. b/c they cheated me about $100 dollars..i thought it was more at first, but when i checked my actual hrs worked i missing about $100. so hopefully it will all get sorted out, I know i won't be seeing the money for another couple weeks..but it would be nice to eventually see.
Have yet to hear anything back about my car. i figured I'd give them a call at some point today, but I don't know if I should call them or if they will just call me when my car is ready. I can get my car this weekend....but I'll be broke for the next 2 weeks. So i'm not sure if i want to go ahead and get my car or wait another weeks....decisions, decisions.
In other news, I will not be attending Voodoo Fest this year. Due to my cousin planning her wedding on the Saturday of the festival. So I will not be in New Orleans for Halloween like I wanted too..but I will be in Alabama so at least I will be able to visit some folks while I'm there. Anyone requesting a special visit from the infamous Grigs, ::cough GRIGS JR to older alum::cough:: than hit me up with some comments or call my cell.
off to do some cleaning for now, got to get the house and my room in order. much love.
