here i am at mom and dad's house again. they are currently on a cruise up to alaska, relaxing in the nice pacific ocean sun, floating on the nice pacific ocean, breathing in pacific ocean air and celebrating their 25 beautiful years of marriage on a pacific ocean crusing ship. how lovely.
mitch and camille are house/dog sitting. and i've been over here constantly to use the computer for my crazy anthropology class online. i think i have my grade figured out as far as this: i need to get 26 [or 28 to be on the safe side] questions of the 100 on the final to pass the class with a C, which is a passing grade.
oh wait, i didn't account for the extra credit i'm gonna turn in and the bribe i'm gonna offer the teacher. just kidding. or am i?
online classes are poop. don't do it. it's a trap. i swear.
in other news, i get to work in 6 hours and i still have to go home and do the dishes like i told pretty little isabelle i'd do. i think i've used all the knives we have in our collection, on butter spread for toast, peanut butter spread for bagels and chocolate frosting spread for the chocolate cakes i made. i'm a really healthy eater.
and did i mention i'm going to pittsburgh on august 19th for a DTS [discipleship training school]?? i am. i am. and i am suuuuper excited/nervous/happy/relieved/prayerful about it. wow. i can't wait.
in additional news, my dog Zoey is a genious. and terribly adorable in multiple, powerful ways. we've become friends these last few months with my parents on their various excursions. finally, after 5 years, zoey likes me again. it makes me all warm and fuzzy.
in 2 days, my mom, my dad, and my only sibling, and isabelle, drew and jordan [my only people in so. cal] will not be on the west coast of the united states. this is gonna become a lonely lonely coast.
well, that concludes my quadra-annual post [is that a word?].
i hope you enjoyed it as much as i did.
love,
tara
