Before I got sick, I had a chance to check out some Lead and FLAME PVs on YouTube. Lead's Summer Madness is incredibly fun, but the lady in the bikini = distracting. Yes. Morbid shoujo. The manga GOTH is awesome. ♥
Hmm, I remember liking Paradise Kiss and Gokinjo Monogatari (the former is kind of like a sequel to the latter, and gokinjo is shoujo i think). Omae ga Sekai o Kowashitai Nara or Vampire Girl is also good. It's Not Like That, Darling has a little smut but it's cute. I absolutely adore Matsumoto Tomo. Beauty is the Beast will always be one of my favorites, but it's shoujo. You can try it out anyway. Dakedo Happy Paradise is also shoujo but it doesn't have any of the fluffy romance in it, and it's funny. Oh, and K no Souretsu is an absolute must read, although none of my friends really get it. I also like Samurai Champloo, but that's shounen already. :p
According to my friends I sometimes have the weirdest taste in manga so some of them (e.g. Beauty is the Beast and K no Souretsu) might not be to your liking. I love most of them though so I hope you enjoy them. :D
I almost forgot The Land of the Blindfolded. Shoujo. Romance. But absolutely nice. Even my friend who's into shounen and seinen manga loves it. <3
