I should really start updating this thing more often. June went back to her flat last week and seems to be doing a lot better now, which is a relief. Everything for the gallery has been moving along as well. We've started hanging our paintings in there now, and we're really in the final stages of getting things settled. The next step will be to set a date for the grand opening and then call around to try and get a bit of advertisement going, so people will actually show up. ;)

I had quite an interesting day yesterday. On the way to our studio to pick up some paintings, I ran into an old art teacher of mine from Eton whom I haven't seen in years. Apparently he's in London looking to get a gallery show for some of his own pieces.

Since both of us had the afternoon free, we decided to grab a drink and catch up. It was...odd, to say the least. He used to be a mentor, of sorts, to me though we didn't end on the best terms when I graduated. I suppose that's water under the bridge now. It's funny how time can change things.

work, ch-ch-ch-changes, surprise from the past
