House again..
Well, 3 years have passed since we first put down our laminate flooring and I FINALLY got around to installing the transition boards into each of the rooms.... TADA! Actually, I was spurred by the fact that I want the hell out of this house and I'lkl be durned if an unfinished floor causes it. Granted, I am putting the transition boards in with Liquid Nails and who knows if they would ever come off the floor again, but we don't care. We won't be around when it happens.
We showed the house this morning. It was a young couple who were positive about the place and LOVED the floors (imagine that). Rather than the bloke yesterday who didn't say ANYTHING about the place, except talk about the next house he wanted to see.
I've got a ton of pics from the new house if anyone is interested. I'm too lazy to post them.
Also, on a side note, we looked at a house in wasper17 and bsmknight's neighborhood. It is a nice area to rent in, but not to live. People park all over the streets and hang out in the garages with loud music at all hours of the night.
