My day of retail therapy
today was EXACTLY what I needed. Holly & I went to Great Lakes today and had a blast! I definitely shot $90 dollars today. lol & bought a whole lot of nothing: lots of jewelry, some scarves, a 'Music=life' bracelet from Hot Topic, one of those puffy ski vest things, a shirt to go with it, and this really fun necklace i'm wearin to the next dance: it's like a glow-stick thing but it's a heart and it changes colors :-p very fun
Holly & I never get to really go anywhere: we're normally stuck in the neighborhood, so we went crazy today. lol we went to Windsor & decided we would try on all those formal dresses just for fun & take pictures! haha well we found out really fast that you're not ALLOWED to take pics so that stopped. this was my dress: the picture doesnt really do it justice: wow that dress made me feel so pretty
so we went crazy, got smoothies (always good), saw Johanna Bell & Ellen Foot there today: didnt get a chance to talk to either of them though.
After the mall, we went to Blockbuster & rented Napoleon Dynamite cuz neither of us had seen it. LMAO i LOVE that movie. Holly & I STILL cant figure out why the guy shot the cow though. hahaha thats the most random movie in the world but it's SO great. Had dinner @ the Brockman's house, and then came home to deal with my lovely family lol.
overall my day's been pretty good: i've had some ups and downs when it comes to things i'm thinking about but i think i'm ok. (ahah sorry if that makes no sense to you: now i'm just kinda venting.)
but i'll stop writing now cuz no one really reads this thing anyway.
