Orass Bi Loz - Almond Drops
140 g ground almonds (almond flour)
180 g icing sugar
6-8 T orange blossom water
Icing sugar
Halved almonds or pistachios
Mix first three ingredients together to make a stiff paste (add orange blossom water slowly), and knead until smooth. Let sit for a few minutes. Wash and dry hands, then shape paste into balls about marble size. Roll them in icing sugar and decorate the top with a halved nut.
