I know it's only been a week or something, and I'm probably insane, and I know I'm going to live to regret this for one reason or another, but in a way, this is really kind of nice.

Oh, and FUCK Sweeting for thinking that this is a play to get my playbook and that I'd be stupid enough to hand it over. If Stanton tries stealing my playbook I'll break his fingers. No fucking way in hell, and I don't appreciate someone questioning my UNWAVERING fucking determination to get that Cup, because that's the ONLY REASON I AM ACTUALLY HERE.

Well here's your Muggle news update for anyone who cares. Maggie Thatcher (who in my opinion's practically running the UK into the ground but can you expect much better from a Conservative, really?) is a cheeky bitch as always, and in answering the question if she was going to bother, you know, pulling the taxes she'd set up and trying something else what with mass bleeding unemployment everywhere -- and I quote, since Matt went through the trouble of underlining it three times so I wouldn't miss it -- "To those waiting with bated breath for that favourite media catch-phrase-the U-turn-I have only one thing to say: you turn if you want to; the Lady's not for turning."
Yeah, that mindset'll solve the economic crisis.
Other than that there's just acts of God and talk of Callaghan resigning, no big surprise.
Now don't bloody jump all over me or something but I heard as clear as day just like anyone else what Flip Warrington said today at breakfast, but then I heard Selwyn telling Yaxley that Flip was talking about Jacobs, and that can't be true, right? I mean, there's no bloody way that even Flip Warrington is stupid enough to call Imogene Jacobs a Mudblood, right?
