House: Slytherin
Blood: Full

Mimi looks like a girl you'd expect to see in a magazine, and as a matter of fact, you very well might have. She stands about 5'7", with long blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, a slender frame, and tanned skin that seems to glow - but whether that's because of philosophy's illuminating foundation or something else, she'll never tell. She carries herself with the authority of someone who expects that her every demand will be met, and to whom "no" is an unknown word. As far as clothes are concerned, Mimi rarely dresses in anything below the nines. Everything in her closet is on-trend, perfectly tailored, and no doubt ludicrously expensive. Even when she's dressed in a tank top, jeans, and sandals, there's no doubt the tank top is D&G, the jeans are 7 for All Mankind, and the flip-flops are Havaianas.

Mimi is a born troublemaker. As far as she's concerned, the rules apply to everyone else. She goes out after curfew, loves doing magic in the halls to piss off the prefects, and shrugs off any consequences that might come her way - not that any actually would dare. Best summed up as a Queen Bee, Mimi draws people to her, and is generally surrounded by an adoring entourage. She feels she deserves the best of everything, which, combined with her fickleness, means there's a trail of once-worn robes, barely-carried Hermes bags, and broken-hearted men in her path. Her magical talents lie in hexes, jinxes, and a bit of mental magic - three things that are guaranteed to help her move ahead in the world. She delights in attention, especially special attention, and as far as she's concerned, the world is broken down into two basic categories: things that are hers, and things that are not hers. When something crosses from the former category into the latter category, especially when she has no say in the issue, is when her claws come out.

If this description of her personality sounds generally positive, do not fool yourself - Mimi Force is not a good person, and she glories in her wickedness. She is shallow, spoiled, decadent, manipulative, and will stop at nothing to get what she wants, no matter what it takes. Should a person find themselves on her bad side - which is notoriously easy to get on - she has the means to ruin their lives, and she will not hesitate to do so.

The only daughter of wizarding world publishing magnate Charles Force and former socialite Trinity (neé Burden) Force, Mimi and her twin brother, Jack, were born with silver spoons - or wands, as it were - in their mouths. Her father founded Force Publishing (home to publications such as Witch Weekly, Quidditch Aficionado, and Chic Witch), and as such, Mimi has always had the best of everything: the latest robes, a top-of-the-line familiar, cauldrons imported from Italy - she even had a Firebolt a month before it was released to the public. The Forces' main home is a mansion in Mayfair (Diagon Alley simply didn't have anything up to their standards), with a full staff of house-elves ready and willing to cater to all of their family's whims. Mimi spent much of her childhood traveling with her mother and brother to the Forces' holdings in various countries, including a pied-a-terre in Vienna, a villa just outside of Paris, and a chalet in Switzerland. The trips included the requisite visits to museums, landmarks, and places of historic significance, but Mimi always found herself far more interested in the glamorous celebrities she'd see, or the nightclubs Trinity wouldn't let her go into, and she swore that one day, she'd get there herself.

At age eleven, Mimi and Jack made their way to Hogwarts. To no one's surprise, Mimi followed in her father's footsteps into Slytherin, where her beauty, wealth, and magnetic (if not always pleasant) personality made it easy for her to claw, hex, jinx, and possibly sleep (though don't say that to her face) her way to the top of the social ladder, where she sits to this day, and anyone who tries to challenge her will get a face full of high heeled boot. Though she did well enough in all of her classes, she thrived in Charms, Ancient Runes, and Psychology/Mental Magic. Her talent in mental magic thrilled her: she'd always been good at manipulating people, and now she could do so with magic enhancing it.

The summer following her sixth year, the Forces went to Romania to visit the dragon preserves there, and they stayed in the magical section of Bucharest. One night, Mimi snuck out, determined to check out those clubs that had had always attracted her. She went to one catering to a late-teens, early-twenties crowd, and immediately picked out the hottest guy there: tall and pale, with dark hair and intense, glittering dark eyes. He was a perfect gentleman to her, and plied her with drinks, compliments, and dancing all night.

The next morning, Mimi woke up in the alley behind the club with a torn dress, a bloody neck, and a desperate hunger.

She was rushed to St. Cosmas, the preeminent Romanian wizarding hospital, where the doctors did what they could for her. Since it had only been a few hours since she'd been attacked, they were able to keep her alive and reverse or neutralize some of the effects - weakness in daylight, having to sleep in a coffin, or needing dirt from her home country on her at all times. Unfortunately, it was too late to fix the permanent pallor on her skin, the aversion to garlic, or the fact that she now needed to take in blood as part of her daily diet to survive. At first, Mimi was devastated: she could never return to Hogwarts - who could have a freak vampire thing as a queen? - or live a normal life. Then she discovered the slightly enhanced strength and speed, that she looked pretty damn hot sucking on Blood Pops, and that her talent for mental magic was stronger than ever. It almost made up for the blood thing and the inability to cross moving water.

Luckily, Headmaster Cid was willing to take her back since she wasn't a full vampire, and Mimi returned to her life as she'd known it before - with a few new changes. Now a seventh year, she intends to take a great big bite out of her last year and drink it up - after all, vampire queens have way more fun than regular queens, right?
