I'm looking at pictures of the past
the memories we had
the smiles, laughter,a friendship
that would never end
until it did.
I hear the echoes of the past,
words left unspoken
emotions cast aside
the 'it's not you...'
the 'it will never be...'
the 'i'll never choose between you
or he'
the tears, the fears, the reality
that will never materialize
I hope...
And I keep hoping
some edits from the written version to make it flow better...but still really rough.
