well its very similar to psp and photoshop but very different in a way too. im just learning how to make the icons better looking but say what you were gonna say had i said a different program

Was going to give ya a tip on getting things to look not quite ...erm..."smooshed". Like off size somehow. I mean it isn't bad, don't get me wrong, but I had to learn as well and someone taught me how to do it.
Try holding your shift key down when you crop (Since I don't know how it goes on your prog) and it should make it the right size for you to resize it down to 100x100.

I have Photoshop 7 and Photoshop CE and Paintshop 9 Plus I use Ulead Gif Animation 3 for my animated icons and Imageready.

okay yeah i was supposed to borrow my friends disk for psp8 to download it on my computer but she never let me borrow it cause she lost it oh well

I personally prefer Photoshop but thats only because that is what I learned on. I will use Paintshop every once in awhile though.
