Sitting on the dock of the bay
So here I sit, in my brother's floor typing a lovely journal entry. I wish i was as good and as consistent with these as D'lyn is but alas, I am not. I am about to go beg my brother to let me watch Chasing Liberty. I am a super sucker for teenage chick flicks esp if they have the wonderful mandy moore and a hot british hunk. (have i mentioned to you all how i should be mandy moore?)
So I blew my big shot at Real World yesterday. We stayed up cleaning and "giggling" as my mom would put it on friday til 5 am and when i got home i thought i was going to take a short nap....needless to say since my phone doesn't ring, it didn't wake me up and neither did my fam. So I stood my wonderful friend D'lyn up and i feel like an absolute CLOD! Just know that I did NOT do it on purpose!!! I wanted to go downtown more than anything yesterday! This just means i have to get clever and send in a tape! Any ideas people are greatly appreciated. I must show them how brilliantly wonderful i would be on that show.
So D'lyn's big day is Thursday!! I am so excited but I fear her present won't be delivered yet! Have no fear though! You will get a wonderful small substitute : ) We can't have you gettin nothing on your day..it's just not right! Have you got a dress yet????
