It's a strange condition
My summer's been going really well. It's head to believe we don't start until the end of September when so many people around me are going back to school this week and next week.
For my summer I've been working at a kids Day camp in Whittier 12 - 5 Monday through Friday. It's a fun job but hard to come up with activities for the kids and than actually get them to do then.
I've also been doing two shows. I did "Joseph..." with Main Street Players at the beginning of the summer and had a blast. Right now I'm doing Les Miserables with Musical Theatre West and we open on Friday. That's right, so I'm officially inviting you all. The show is August 22-24th at 8pm at Recreation Park in Long Beach (off the 22West on 7th street). You can get tickets by going to their website www.musical.org. It's outside so you can bring a picnic dinner and eat in on the lawn before the show stars. Lawn seats are $10 and it should be a pretty awesome show.
I also spent two weeks in Europe with my family on a river cruise of the Rhine. We went to Holland, Germany, France and Switzerland. It was an absolutely amazing trip full of castles, gothic cathedrals, amazing food, wine and beer, and good old family togetherness.
For the rest of the summer I'm just going to be hanging out, trying to get in as much time as possible with my Disneyland pass. Call me up! Adios.
