I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas
Hello everyone. I'm listening to the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and you know, that show just makes me happy. It does. I don't care what mood I'm in, I can put on "Sweet Transvestite" and I'm a happy camper. It's a little odd, but I'm cool with that.
So how is everyone's finals week going? I think this must be the craziest finals week I've had yet, but so far it's going well. My hardest things are coming up, but I'm not thinking about that right now. I find if I don't dwell on all the crap I have to do then I'm just a happier and more pleasant person. I had my musical theatre II final, which I thought went fine, my musical theatre history test - it doesn't matter how I did on that really because I'm doing well in the class. I also had 40 today, which wasn't so bad. Good thing too since I didn't really study at all. I also auditioned for Musical Theatre III and Lucky Stiff. And you know what? I was pretty happy with those. I feel like I sang really well and that alone makes me satisfied. I'm not expecting anything but just the fact that I feel like I did well makes all the difference.
I also went the musical theatre III final, which was awesome, and Quarter In Review. And yesterday I made myself a free caramel apple in the commons.
This weekend I'm singing in my Dad's Barbershop Christmas show. I'm the soloist on O Holy Night while they ooo in 4 part acapella harmony behind me. So that's exciting.
Everyone come to the Playwrighting Workshop tomorrow night at 8 in the Little Theatre. I'm doing a scene that Alex wrote.
