Auron steered his mount slowly down the street, shielding himself from the rain every once in a while with his sword

Cloud smiled a little more. "You had the Chocobo right? I haven't seen one of those in quite a while." He started to relax a little. They hadn't told him to leave, so that was a plus right? He wondered if the bartender would hassel him to much if he tried to order a drink, sometimes looking young didn't really help you out.

"Why do you ask?" Auron requested of the younger man. "Is there something special about a mounted policeman on a chocobo?"

Cloud blushed just a little he couldn't help it really. "No, I just haven't seen one in a while. I think it's pretty cool....used to...help take care of the ones my family had..." He shrugged just a little, trying to brush it off. He remembered his favorite from childhood, he missed it..

“… actually,” said Marluxia, “It is a little unusual. We don’t really have mounted police in this city. Or Chocobos.”

He’d actually only ever seen live chocobos from a distance, on the train ride from his hometown into the city. It was a bit odd, indeed.

“I actually meant to ask, why are you dressed like that?” he said, gesturing to Auron’s outfit. “It’s more than a little odd, and not exactly a standard issue police uniform…”

"I thought that every city had a mounted policeman or two." Auron shrugged.

"This is an old outfit from the station in my hometown. It's never been cut even once since I got it."
