Why is this so important now? Everything is being attacked.

Because there are only so many of us left in any world, and if we all die out every world will be poorer for it.

Since the stories about magic seem to be universal, wouldn't there be many worlds with a magical population... and with that, who said in each world, the population is small? The City alone proves how diverse everything can be.

Survey the rest of this place on their homes if you remain skeptical. See where it gets you.

Why? This place's population is hardly constant. It fluctuates too much to get a good estimate.

Then I'll continue to believe my people's minority.

Technically we're all minorities here. I have yet to see another person from my world at all.

I am many things and I am none of those. I think of myself in many different ways. Be more specific in the manner you want me to define myself as~

What is Tsurugi? Who is Tsurugi?

What am I? I was human who's consciousness was mimicked by the Worm. I am Worm and yet human. This body is not my own, and I can only keep a semblance of my original appearance. I am not the only who exists up here in my head, and because of that I see the views of both my kinds yet can not find a perfect view between them. Is that sufficient for this cause?

Sufficient enough. Sufficient enough to provide no real solution. You're the untouchable, the problem personified, because you cannot find peace in your merged self, how can you expect the humans to find peace with us in the same world?

I believe the humans will accept entities like me... my blasphemous cousins, the Native, will not accept the humans though. I can see the new war developing in my own world... the Native were always better with "technology". They did help to create the systems which could match a Worm's power...
