OMG computer games!!
Due to lack up funds/ a willingness to pay the PS3's still high price tag (le sob final fantasy games!) I have taken to using my computer as my new console application. I'm not rolling in the games so to speak, but I do have more fun-play-them-cause-you-wanna-not-because-they're-educational-and-that's-the-only-thing-allowed-in-the-house type games than ever before.
1) SIMS3
OMG SIMS3... It's coming out really SOOIONNN@!!!@211
It's werid that I'm excited, because I don't usually buy games until a couple months after they come out. Mainly in the hopes of picking it up during a sale or after a price drop (oh money will you an I ever be friends?), and the slight worry that new things always come with lemon issues.
It still looks like it's fun no matter when I get it or for how much.

2) HALF LIFE 2

This game creates anxiety in me bones. I play only in short bursts because it builds tension pretty well and I really want Gordon NOT to die. Face eating aliens are annoying because they're so small. I am currently chasing a crazy russian guy around buildings. Thankfully I got out of the boat part.. way to long on that river. I cannot , for the life of me, figure out why Gordon is so important.
3) Half Life 2: Episode One

I've only played 4-7 minutes because I thought it came first... opps. It was like a teaser. I had the gravity gun and then I didn't. Sad times.
4) ASSASSINS CREED
I love this game!!! I enjoy running around and climbing buildings more than anything else. The second thing I love is stealthily sneaking around and stabbing guards .. preferably on rooftops because the animation is awesome. "There I go, flying through the air, arm arched backwards in slow motion and then BAM that guy doesn't have a trachea." I do wish that I could pick up bodies and throw them off the roofs some times because of the mini chaos is funny. So far the witnesses to the guards bodies that happen to fall off have never been able to connect his sudden appearance with the rooftops direction. Which is fine with me. There's lots of brown and white buildings, but still, I love it.
5) Left for dead
Hurray for zombie shootings. Someday I'll get it to work properly so I can play with friends. I havn't put any effort into finding my LAN line to hopefully fix that issue yet, I keep forgetting to..
