(no subject)
In case you were wondering I survived the dentist. And I will not be a hypocrite when I so choose to wear my "Look No cavities tee" because I had no cavities, apparently just a stain that wasn't moving anywhere. I was relieved, though still a bit nervous. Had them re seal the tooth. That was an adventure. I've come to realizes not today but through past experiences that it's better for me to know in advance what was going on. So I told him this, thinking that he would explain the procedure and then go a head, his tray was filled with all sorts of pointy instruments. But instead of doing that he explained it as he was going along. Not terrible but he started the appointment for the sealent as I was sitting down by saying, "Well it won't hurt so we won't have to use novicane." Or something along those lines, but he slured his words and all I got was "Have to use novicane." And I popped up before my butt touched the chair. Last I checked getting sealent done did not require novicane. That and my nurse explained it while she was cleaning saying they use a little sand paper to scrape out the sealent that's in there and get it ready for the new seal. She failed to inform me that the sand paper or "the bur" as they kept calling it during the proceedure was attached to the same handle that the drill was.
Oh my god that noise is horrendue. No warning that it's going to happen and I flinch. Could have been really bad. Spent the rest of the time completely tense gripping the arm rests of the chair. But seriously, that terrible wiring noise needs to be fixed. They need to make it silent, or at least not so grating of a noise.
Also, the Tyler Gallireia and I are no longer friends. We hit a rough patch when they removed Golden Spoon so many years back, but that was before I could drive so it wasn't a huge deal. But now they've gotten ride of Del Taco, Juice it up AND SHEMONI Jewelers. What the crap yo!! How dare you!! I love Juice it up. All I wanted after before jumping into traffic was some Juice It UP but NO!! and The one opeing next to Raplhs was stocked and ready to go, but waiting on ONE LAST INSPECTION that was going to happen in a couple of hours. So no delicious Juice It Up Smoothie for me.
And the popcorn store. There used to be a popcorn store in the mall to.. *sad*
And I can't find a decent sweat shirt anywhere. Hot Topic had none worth spending prime dollar on. I miss my Harry Potter sweatshirt. I almost purchased a sweatshrit that had a crest on it and said Alliance. Took me forever to figure out why a large part of my soul was telling my NOT to get it. I kept thinking that it was a Star Wars reference but then saw the Blizard logo and realised it was WOW and dropped it like it was on fire... well not really just put it back, but if I acted out everything my mind was thinking, I would have dropped it, jumped back and licked the burn wound.
