Te attempt to greatly reduce the carbs in my life has officially begun. I do still have to eat through some of the left over stuff that my little heart cannot part with. "there are starving chuldren in affrica" still runs through my head if i was to think about throwing away prefectky good food. But if i can start reducing and set up a non bingeing diet habit then i should be better off. The healthy habit of the future! It's the bread/pasta/chocolate cravings i have at night that get me. Sit down an eat double portions of stuff is no problem. Or at least not a prob until it rehomes itself to my hips!! Yay!! Kill the cravings is the current goal!
Today i am winning. There's chocolate hidden in my room at work and i havn't eaten any. Will power returns to me. Celebrate the sucess!!
