the tree in my house
There appears to be a tree in my house. Where there was once a round table there is now a woody trunk. It's as if it sprouted up over night. But i know thts not true. The thick trunk is hallow and only about 12 inches think. An old tree but still has many years rolling out before her. Her roots reach outwards semetrically but float an quarter inch off the ground. It once had a flat top, equally is not more expansive. Now it is an out of place stump. I trimmed the top in a back renching move. Now the base is a ghostly thing glaring, aching. It's one of the biggest life decisions that i made purely for my own needs. I wanted more space and this table was eatin it up. Now with a smaller table aquired... It's time to take this on apart and get it into the truck and over to the Salvation Army.
Goodbye table. Hope you find a new family who'll actually utlize you for your actual purpose. I sure didn't. Mostly stored unusedcraft items and incomplete projects on you. I wish you the best and please don't hurt my back as i move all your various parts around.
