Work out!!

Boom.. I've decided to kick it into gear.  On Monday I tried a work out that takes about 20 minutes and am pretty sure that it'll suffice for getting me back into the swing of things.

This one

It's interval training but longer and slightly different.

I'm planning on trying the "don't break the chain" idea. Basically you mark off how many days that you do something consecutively and that is how everything is chained. And when you miss a day you've broken the chain.  And we don't want that.

My arms are tired.  It's stretching time!

Because I hear you need rest days, I'm gonna mix it up with this.

That way I'm still moving everyday, but on this "rest day" I'm still moving in a different way.

So that's the plan.. I did it today..  might have tweaked something.  My left side is uncomfortable.  Streching time!

I just realized that I miss spelled my tag for exercise.  But right now I don't want to go and make the change since it's a tedious process.  Deal with it!
