(no subject)
so i found a dvd at warped tour it was called "high fives and stage dives" and on the back it said featuring my chemical romance, the used, juliette and the licks and a bunch of bands so i wa sliek "o kool, a free dvd" i got home and put it on the dvd played, it was my chemical romance clip talking about how eating meat and animal crelty is bad and how students should have a right to choose to dicect an anicaml, then it was simple plan holding a dead mink (i think) i later figured out the dvd was a PETA dvd. I watched all that i cvould and about 6 intervies into the dvd there was a video of how sientiset expirement on animals to make lipsticks and lotions, this is fucked up because in that segemnt there was a monkey that was shaved with its eyes sewed closed....I dont understand how this helps science. Anyways i kept watching and pretty soon the intervies stoped and it was just footage or how animals are treated, how, cows, pigs, and chickens are slaughterd. I started crying alot, I knew that i was eating a cow, but i always thought that before they died they at least had some time to live their lives and enjoy it a bit, you know roam around a farm or something but not evenm , there are like 100000s of cows in a cramed barn they cant turn around or even lay down right, and when they salughter them its horrible, they jsut hang them from their fdeet and slit their thoats, no pain killers or shots or anything. Ignorance is bliss. i know that know i knew these things were happening i jsut didnt know how bad it was. The chickens where worse, the poor things spend their lives sufffering and go insane, then since they feed them antibiotics so that they can get bigger faster so of them get so fat they cant move and die of starvation. The hens that lay the eggs have it worse there are like fucking 10 hens in a cage that is tiny, they never get to stretch ONE wing their hole lives, the pigs and turjkeys and hens also go insane from the stress. And the mother cows and the veal go crazy too because like as soon as they are born they are separated, but the one that got me ths worst was the fur. It was horrible, they skin the animals while they are still ALIVE. Then they stay alive furless and suffering, until finally they just die.....After about 20 min of cry and watching animals being slaughted i had to turn it off i couldnt watch anymorem i threw up since i had beef earlier that day, and now i am going to try as mucvh as i can to be a vegitarian, its not fair that animals can be so mistreated. Plus not only i it fair to be a vegitarian, but its healthier, Cows with tumors and Cancer are certified as "healthy". meaning you can eat a diseaed cow and it wont matter. And ever single pack of chicken has chicken shit. so right now, veggies seem way better.
