I'm really glad that you liked it! It was mostly Colin's idea. Something about you needing even more help being cheerful because you weren't cheerful enough already or something.

I'm flattered. I think. It's very rare that I get something that's useful and fashionable. Almost never, in fact.

Her eyes are still red-rimmed and I know that she's crying but I'm sure a cheering charm would work wonders on her.

I doubt even a Cheering Charm would help her right now. And I think she'd be rather upset with us once it wore off and she was upset again.

Then again, maybe not. She might want to strangle me afterwards.

If she strangled you, I'd be forced to do some crying myself and you know how I hate to cry. Not to mention Colin's poetry might become even darker than usual, at the very least. I agree that something needs to be done to improve her mood, though.

You are such a very good friend. I'm sure she wouldn't strangle me for too long. Probably just long enough to express her displeasure.

Besides, she hasn't gotten that mad at me since we were little kids.

I have some ideas but first, I have to make sure my parents don't drag us to India this year. I really couldn't deal with an entire summer of being set up with boys that my old aunt decides are suitable matches.
