This is quite the adventurous recipe, I'm sure it tastes delicious! I will keep it in my recipe book. I would definitely have to be in the mood to clean though. (which is hardly ever)..lol

:) I guess you can't really have clam "chowder" cream less in technical terms but i like to dance around those but its pretty much like it, the potato soup makes it really creamy like a mock creaminess :)
