Of course it was silly to suggest anything at all, it just figures Nnoitra would find himself in the limelight far too soon for my liking.

That said, I'm hiring. And please, no, don't get all up in arms about it; yes, I am an Espada, but honestly, what have I done in comparison to the others? Without Lumina and Verona it's come to my attention I ( Read more... )

Regardless of what I may want, it is of no concern of yours.

No one's going to want to work for you if you're being such a dick.

My treatment of a mere Privaron is no reflection of my treatment of someone not quite so far below me.

What are the requirements?

...and why do people think you're bad business?

Intelligence, aptitude, patience, strength, and the free time, in short. The specifics depend on the individual.

I'm an arrancar. We're all bad business from classification alone, supposedly.

Almost sounds like you're going to have an aptitude test.

Arrancar. Red would know. Well, There are plenty of bad reputations around.

I need to know my assistant can handle themselves should the need arise. I also enjoy chess in my free time. It's simply basic requirements based on the things I would need doing and the difficulties that may arise. And a selfish desire to have at least one person capable of an educated discourse on hand amidst the rabble.

A hollow that has obtained shinigami powers, a hollow being a corrupt soul that has lost its heart and a shinigami being a death god. Ours are the worst of the worst, I believe. But it's an honest lack of ability to take people on a case-by-case basis that it's come about.

Honestly, Nnoitra kills a few people and the Privaron is her whiny, attention-seeking self all of a sudden we're all to blame.

No one dies; there are no souls nor hollows to turn into arrancar. In short, no.

never said they had to be dead, but that is transversing into the realms of necromancy Must be a bother for you then, to find one to meet your high standards.

There are rare gems amongst the dirt. It's just a matter of appealing to them.
