harvard lost.
I didn't go, because I didn't get my act together in time (i.e. didn't go pick up tickets). Instead, I went to the MFA and saw an exhibit on fashion. They had spring collections from all the big houses, chanel to dior and all the pop fashion names of course, valentino, lacroix, rochas (yes, olivier theyskens is talented, but my aesthetic sense said boring and I'm not into all the hullabaloo), victor & rolph (amazing trenchcoats- get the H&M version for $130), and some more interesting designers like alaia (it appears his spring 2006 theme was bear), chalayan (I think this guy's insane but some of his designs are among the best I've seen), and yamamoto (black black black! my favorite!)
now I'm worn out and I think I'll curl up in a chair in the library and read about samurai till I fall asleep. It's great to have the luxury of time.
