So, I've been staying REALLY busy lately!
I'm working on wedding details. I'm finally getting the ball rolling, since summer is quickly approaching us! We've got our park reserved, our clothing for the most part taken care of (just need some alterations, etc.) I've still got a whole laundrylist of things that need to be done soon, though. Ah well. Other than wedding arrangements, I've been checking on districts, and am going to send out some applications and resume's this weekend! I'm super excited about finally getting a job. =)
In addition to job hunting and maintaining my resume stuff, I'm also taking an on line class through the UW-Wauk continuing education program. It's Differentiated Instruction for the Classroom, and it just makes me even MORE excited to get back to teaching!! =P
Also, I've been doing the normal routine of catering to Roman's every whim. (I'm SO spoiling this kid!) Though, we're cracking down and trying to spoil him a little less at night. The other night he was waking up every hour and a half!!! AHHHGGGGHHHH. It was terrible. He wants to be picked up and held and fed. I've said ENOUGH! You're nearly 6 months old, it's time to sleep!!! So, Anthony and I will go in, nuk him, and then close his door and our door! Ha. It's amazingly soundproofed then! I usually go in and check on him every 5-10 minutes then, to make sure his legs aren't stuck in the crib or something. But, he's been going back to sleep this way! We're still learning... what can I say.
Funny story. Last night we closed our door, and now I'm so used to wandering to Roman's room half asleep in the dark. Well, I woke up to go check on him, and forgot the door was closed and ran SMACK into the door. It woke Anthony up and he laughed at me. Lol. Lousy doors.... they jump right out at you! =)
