She's the Duchess of Cambridge, married to the Prince of England, Prince William. It's in England. I'm from America, so I could really give a flip, but it was all over the news here, so...yeah lol. She's in line to become queen of England.
It's saying that everyone else was able to show off their body, and then the one guy we really want to see wears a sweatshirt :P
