UPDATES:
My cat died. This made me very sad. I was intensely sad about it for a few days, then low-key sad for several months about it. He was a super sweetheart buddy cat. A snuggler. It was like having love on tap. That was in April.
About 3 weeks ago I joined a new gym and started lifting weights. This is the first time I've tried anything excercisey and new since I got into yoga in 2002. That led to me becoming a certified instructor. I dig this new thing too, I always thought it'd be boring and annoying, but it isn't. I really like it. Maybe I'll make it a job someday, too. For now it's just a way to get back into a confident swimsuit body. It also helps with the sads.
