I endured the most intense training I've ever been through in Portland, OR, to become a flight attendant.
I moved to Denver, CO, where I lived with 5 other women, and commuted back to Seattle on my weekends to be with my fiance.
I learned how to pack light.
I met a lot of people. Some good, some...not so much.
I learned how to drive stick.
I danced on the bar at Coyote Ugly.
I didn't see my friends back home nearly enough.
I (kind of) learned to two-step.
I spent Independence Day in Canada.
(Which was stupid. But I did get to see hundreds of fireworks displays as we flew over Montana, which was pretty damn cool!)
I scarred my arm on a coil-shaped stovetop burner.
I visited Washington, D.C. again.
I moved back to Seattle with my fiance, into a brand new condo.
(This included a road trip from Denver to Seattle, via Yellowstone, with Katie).
I still didn't miss an episode of Heroes.
Soon to come...Vegas for my birthday...involving the Spice Girls tour kickoff concert...
