Snagglepuss
Yesterday in the AM, my cat passed away. Though old, she was still active and happy up until she died peacefully in her sleep. She was about 18 and a half, my cat since I was one.
The last time I saw her was on Friday, when I was sitting in my car, and she came out and sat on the driveway to watch me leave.
She was a cat, but had an emotional quality about her at times that was not at all cat-like. Though I knew it was coming, I still feel like I have lost a close family member.
