There are people who are saying that Michael Sam is stupid for coming out, I think he's amazing, courageous, and yes I am shallow, he is HOT!!!

I was heartbroken over the murder of stray dogs on Sochi, especially since last Friday night I spent 2 hours on the phone between 12 am and 2 am trying to save a stray who was injured and had dragged himself onto my front veranda. I really hope this billionaire who has taken on the dogs will keep them safe and help rehome them.

I think this is both a great idea and a not so great idea. As a first generation American on my Dad's side, second on my Mum's, I spent the majority of my youth with 'people like me', but it wasn't always a good thing. Anyone see Big Fat Greek Wedding?? THAT WAS ME!! I wanted to be a scout but had to go to Greek school three times a week, church school on the weekends. Thank goodness I ended up at Catholic school for senior school or else I would have never known there were other people out there!! I guess it's all in the individual perspective, these fantastic young guys (I watched a bunch of vids) want to live by their moral codes and standards and still have the 'Greek Life' but I hope they don't alienate themselves in the process. They should call me and I'll tell them some stories!!
