Actually, the below said essay actually managed to be two pages long LOL which is a record. im so obsessed about my weight - i should be. i gained 500g in two weeks - been over eating too much.

so here i goes again...

breakfast: banana oatmeal, 200kcal (or in tmrs case, one waffle and banana)
snack: really small one, like a couple of nuts. ie, one slice of cracker bread
lunch: sandwich Leberdammer cheese and cabbage/lettuce. <260kcal
snack: (no idea what this usually is... but MUST be less than 100kcal), like a tangerine or one cookie
dinner: 500kcal give or take
dessrt: <100kcal fruit.

sums up about 1100-1300 kcal each day which would mean i'd lose weight albeit slowly.
today so far:
1 ginger nut
2 waffles (200kcal?)
one apple 55 kcal
50kcal cracker bread
30kcal cheese?
129kcal pack of hula hoops

the next time i eat should be around 5pm.
