I slept for a full 8 hours last night un-interrupted.
Sleeping and dreaming is designed as a function to clear your memory, reorganize thoughts, and to diminish the appearance of problems.
And let me tell you, it is absolutely fantastic to fall asleep with no problems, and wake up with more than I bargained for.
Maybe I should stop being sarcastic all the time.
In the end it just pushes everyone away.
