Sometimes I wish my life was more like an episode of 'Round the Twist'...sometimes

I make such strong associations between the most seemingly random things, and once the association is made it's almost impossible to reverse...
For my 18th birthday Rogue made me a picnic with pancakes and tea, we ate pancakes and listened to my new amelie cd as we drove over the westgate bridge at 4am.... it (to date) was the best birthday experience, but has had the un/fortunate consequence an overwhelming desire for pancakes anytime I listen to the soundtrack nowadays.
That story was a lot less interesting than first anticipated, but trust me... it was fun at the time.
