...I kind of ended my online hiatus today..It never turned out to be a complete hiatus--i checked email and such, but i didn't use aim or browse websites. I went on aim most of the night tonight, thus breaking my aim hiatus... although i really didn't talk to anyone. Which made me realize i don't miss it and I probably won't be back on again for a bit b/c of that realization. I think I'm happier with out it due to me making myself worried over people for various reasons--even besides the one named in the earlier entry although that is reason #1.
I worked till pretty late today, came home ate dinner w/ my parents and Gaye and Jon. Went over to Kyle's house watched sin city. Continued to hang out w/ him, danny, and this girl Jackie?? something w/ a J.
So I've been working too hard.. my feet show it.. blistered on my right foot..and my skin is literally peeling off the bottoms of my feet. it's actually pretty disgusting. I have four days off in a row at this point. THANK GOD, much needed. I literally think i bruised the bones in my feet. I do nothing but work. Whatever, i saved enough to go to europe, and that is what is important. Feet heal!
Tuesday I'm going to see Chihuly at the New York Botanical Garden w/ my mother. I'm expecting the pictures I take to be amazing. I'm really excited to see it actually. (nybg.org for pictures of the event) It reminds me of the scene in willy wonka w/ the chocolate river and the candy melons. But yeah, insane glass sculptures in a pretty garden + my mom who is awesome.. should make for a very good tuesday. This make me very happy
I move in to my apartment sept 2nd. I have to start packing up my stuff this week. I'm VERY excited. it's almost like a fresh start. Although, not really lol. I'll have a new major and a new place to live. Wahoo!
But yeah, the next week will be a whirlwind of work/packing/and dr's appointments. I am VERY excited about tuesday. I just want to reiterate how thrilled I am. I hope I'm not dissapointed b/c I'm really worked up about doing something interesting lol.
