I like the hints at an old fashioned theme. But I especially loved the scene of the cafe and the cream dress and the black umbrella.

I just love the idea of such a tidy couple being so bad at night!

Heya - sorry for the (very!) late reply.
Thanks for the edit! I love constructive comments and I love the way you slot little comments into your edits (they make me grin :P). Hopefully at some point I'll come back to this piece and develop it a bit more because the characters were a lot of fun.
Thanks again!

And in answer to the question about the jewels and the servants; I see this couple as having some very understanding workers who cover up for a lot of their... adventures. It wouldn't do for master's bosses to find him suspended from the ceiling wearing only his socks now would it? They would put mistresses 'confiscated' jewels into the family safe until they were needed.

No worries! :-) I know late replies, believe you me!

I've grown quite enamored of my editing system-- it's much easier, more effective, and more fun than comments. I'm thinking I may try to make a tool that everyone can use on the web site to do this themselves someday, but so far doing something like that is very effective.

I still love this piece! <3
