Weekend Recap
So this was a good and, dare I say, productive weekend. I know..shocker huh.
Friday: I went jogging with Angie and Nicolette. Got some sun, did a lot of sweating and some thinking along the way. I felt really good afterwards. Sore but good. I like being active again. Afterwards, we showered and Michelle came over and we decided to go to applebees. There was some good food, eye candy, hugs and ballons. It was a damn good time! After lunch, Michelle, Nicolette and I went grocery shopping, always fun.
We then went house hunting. We found all the houses that I picked out off the net and critqued each one from the grass to the roof. There are a few promising contenders. I pulled my credit report and it looks good. Michelles mom is also trying to help me get the loan. So things are lining up nicely. I'm pretty sure I'll be staying in the Florence area unless something comes up that I can't refuse. I'm going to keep my eyes open to because I realize a lot of houses will come and go before November. I'm getting anxious. Like I said, everything is lining up nicely. Already got the extra bedrooms "sold"(hehe) and I think they're just as exicited as me.
After house hunting, Autumn came up and we all got girlie and decided to go out to Mayfest. We ended up getting there a lil late but we still took in the surrondings including some beer and a psychic reading. Mine was pretty damn good. He told me not to be worrying so much about my love life. That it will happen and that I will most likely meet him on a out of town trip and that he'll be extremely smart but kind of a home body. heh. It was really cool. He even brought up the whole Sam/Kenny thing. He said they'll get theirs. THAT made me smile. heh. After Mayfest shut down, we went out to steaknshake and decided to be goofy. Which included fries and forks in holes and some high school girls giving us looks of disapproval. But I got her in the end. HA! Green. That's all I gotta say. Afterwards we took Michelle home and crashed back at the apt.
Saturday: I love sleeping in, and thats just what I did. Autumn, Nicolette and I all laid around the apt until about 2 when Michelle got there. We decided to do some shopping! HEH. So shop we did. I got some really cute shirts from the mall. I saved about 45.00 bucks at JCPennys. I was proud of myself. We then just walked around and window shopped. We went into Spencers where I couldn't help but notice this guy who kept checking me out. I thought, he's cute but needs to stop staring. He eventually walked up to me and asked me if I went to Ludlow. I was like "yeeeaa...why?" And then it clicked. It was Eric. He went to Ludlow like forever ago. I havent seen him since like 1999! So we chatted, exchanged numbers and decided to hangout sometime. We then ate taco bell and went to Kohls. Didnt get anything there though. Eric called about 7pm and asked about my plans that night. Mayfest was on the agenda again and we made plans to meet up.
Fast foward to Mayfest: We meet up, even though I was a lil late..oops. Walked around and talked for a lil while. It was nice to catch up. He left and the girls and I cont. to walk around and chat. Mormon and Burg then called and told us to meet them, so we did. So we all hung out under the big tent listening AND dancing to some polka music. Good laughs there my friends. We decided to go back to the apt and drink some more. Poor lil mormon. Got his butt kicked in Kings. HAH. But he was a trooper. Puked a lot and came out and grabbed another beer. HEH. After Kings we played I never..and I lost. I'm done a lot. HA. I passed out around 3am. Good times.
Sunday: Lazy laundry day. I spent all day at my moms doing laundry and hanging with the family. My mom made a hugh chicken dinner and man oh man it was good. I finished laundry, headed home and laid in bed talking online. I talked to Noraa awhile. It was a good convo. We're working on getting our friendship back so we're going to get some steaknshake tonight and we made plans to hang out this weekend. I'm looking foward to it. Nicolette came over and I colored her hair.GO me. WOOT. She left at 11pm and i went to sleep.
As for today, working then going to work out. Dinner with Noraa and then bed. Those are my plans. I can't wait. It's almost friday. Almost.
