RL with Arcee

Zel had been expecting trouble with the guards, but they seemed to accept the explanation that he was Arcee's friend from another dimension.  He wasn't sure he wanted to think about what that meant for daily life around here

"Oof!" Zel staggered slightly. "Hi, Arcee."

Zel smiled slightly. "Thanks for inviting me, Arcee."

"Glad to see you, too. Are you alright? Other than being human, I mean?"

He'd been endeavoring to forget about that, but he supposed he really shouldn't.

"Did anybody actually try to stop you from cooking?"

He glanced up at the egg on the ceiling. "Did it occur to you to go find someone who could cook to help?"

He raised an eyebrow sardonically. "And yet you managed to set the kitchen on fire and get... whatever that is on the ceiling."

Zel sighed. "Have you seriously been drunk this entire time?"

Well, that was something, at least. "I have to wonder about you sometimes, Arcee."
