Weight Loss!

I know I haven't posted in a while about this.

I kind of plateaued for a bit and just didn't have the energy to push myself when I got home. Luckily I was able to consistently keep those first 9-10 lbs off.

But for the past couple weeks we have been really good. Been researching more low carb recipes with fresh produce. I gave up my Lean Cuisines for lunch, the overprocessing was def not helping. And I've been drinking this new tea that I got at my Farmers Market. All natural herb and tastes like mint. Yum! It's helping boost my energy level and I don't care if it's just mental, it's working!

OVERALL GOAL: 160

I'm super excited! There's a goal of a healthy body I want to be for my wedding and before I have kids...
