I have no idea who Chuck is but I wish I could have apped earlier all the same. I do like being a third wheel.

OH SO right yes. Ned's power is aliving dead people and then rekilling the dead people he alived. His girlfriend Chuck is an alive again person so they can't touch and have to kiss through Saran Wrap. She was in camp but had to drop earlier this year.

SO I'M JUST SAYING IT WOULD'VE BEEN CONVENIENT. BUT this seems to be an interesting thing :3
